privacy policy

440HZ LTD (“440Hz”, “we”) runs 440hz.uk. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 16510897, at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. This policy explains what personal information we collect and why.

If you only visit the site

We receive the technical data a host normally receives: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, and a coarse location). We use that to keep the site working and to see which pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

If you email us

If you write to info@440hz.uk, we keep your email address, your message, and any details you include, so we can reply and follow up. Please do not send us anything you would not want stored in an inbox.

If you create an account

We ask for your name, email address, and company name. Auth0 handles sign-in and stores the session cookie that keeps you logged in. We use those details to create your account, send a welcome email, and provide the service you asked for. If you pay us, Stripe processes the payment. We store a Stripe customer reference. We do not store your full card number.

A dashboard preference cookie remembers interface state, such as whether a sidebar is open. It is not used for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep account and correspondence data for as long as your account is open, and for a short period afterwards so we can finish any open request. We keep payment and invoice records for as long as UK tax law requires. Analytics data is kept according to Vercel’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete your account data earlier, except where we have to keep a record.

Who else sees it

We share personal information with the services that run the product: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Auth0 (sign-in), Stripe (payments, when you pay), and our email provider (messages we send you). Some of these providers are in the United States. Where UK law requires it, we rely on the UK’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We also share information if the law requires it.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it, and you can object to use based on our legitimate interests. Email info@440hz.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page. This version is dated 6 October 2026.
